Check-Out is by 11:00 am.

Guest with Star Ranch lodging accommodation reservation can park their trailer or RV in designated areas.
Guest must sign a waiver releasing Star Ranch Lodging and anyone associated with Star Ranch for all liability in case of accident or injury.
Reservations
- State and Local taxes apply
- An advance deposit equaling one night’s stay is required at the time of booking
- Group bookings or long term stays may require a larger deposit
- Peak Season reservation may require 2-night minimum stay
Standard Cancellation Policy
Full refund minus credit card processing fees for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. A 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in unless within 48 hours of booking unless we are able to re-rent those rooms and dates. A certificate option is available.
Long-term stay cancellation policy
Full refund minus credit card processing fees if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent those rooms and dates A certificate option is available
Holiday & Special Event Cancellations
If cancellation occurs more than four weeks prior to reservation date, your deposit will be refunded minus credit card processing fees. If cancellation occurs within four weeks of reservation date, NO refund or gift certificate will be issued All rooms for all reserved days will be charged at full rates unless we are able to re-rent those rooms and dates. This policy includes the following holidays:
- Memorial Day weekend (Friday through Monday)
- Labor Day weekend (Friday through Monday)
- Christmas / New Year’s week (December 24 through January 1)
- Gold Rush Days.
- Super bowl
- Additional Special event days my apply.
